What we do as a business
At Welsh Water we deliver over 800 million litres of clean drinking water every day to our 3 million customers. We also treat 563 million litres of dirty water a day and return it safely back to the rivers and sea.
How we treat your water and sewage
Water is one of nature's greatest gifts. It falls from the sky as rain before finding its way into rivers or sinking into the ground. Eventually it returns to the sea where it evaporates, forming rain-clouds and the whole cycle starts again.
